lifelong learning.

lifelong learning.

Healthcare is ever changing, and education is continuous. As treatments, medications and best-practice approaches develop it is vital that healthcare practitioners are up-to-date with the care they provide.

Eating Stones Fund are working to develop programmes of continued professional development for practitioners working in rural Kenya. We are also working to secure funding to help improve the facilities and resources available to student nurses at the Matibabu School of Health Sciences.

Are you an expert in your field? Can you help us deliver taught sessions in Kenya? Matibabu, our Kenyan partners run regular surgical camps, providing important surgical interventions for those that otherwise would be forced to live with treatable conditions. In 2019 Eating Stones Fund will be exploring the possibility of facilitating such camps for British surgeons.
